We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how to return an item, and how refunds are issued. Different conditions apply depending on whether you are returning an item because you changed your mind or because it arrived with a defect.

General Return Conditions

All returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, as recorded by the carrier’s tracking. Returned items must be shipped back to our designated return address (provided during the return authorization process). We do not charge restocking fees, and return shipping is free for both remorse returns and defective items under the terms below.

Remorse Returns (Change of Mind)

If you decide you no longer want an item, we accept returns provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • All protective seals, wraps, and containers remain intact.
  • The product shows no signs of wear, application, or tampering.

To start a remorse return, request authorization within 30 calendar days of delivery. Once approved, we will supply a prepaid return shipping label. Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet the above condition requirements, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to you at your expense. We recommend reusing the original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or different from what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. To arrange a return or replacement:

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue to info@locccittaannee.it.com or via the return request form at the bottom of this page.
  • We will confirm the issue and, if a return is necessary, issue a prepaid return label.
  • For defective or damaged goods, the original packaging does not need to be perfectly intact, but please include all parts and accessories that arrived with the product.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose a full refund or a replacement of the same item, subject to stock availability. If we determine the item does not show a manufacturing defect or carrier damage, the return may be processed as a remorse return under the conditions above.

Return Process & How to Get a Return Label

All returns are handled by mail. Here is the step-by-step process:

  1. Initiate a return by sending an email to info@locccittaannee.it.com with your order number and reason for return, or by completing the return request form at the end of this page.
  2. Our support team will respond within 1 business day and, if eligible, provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely. Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop the package off at the appropriate carrier location or schedule a pickup as per the label instructions.

Please retain your return tracking number until your refund is fully processed. We are not liable for packages lost in return transit without proof of shipment.

Refund Timeline & Payment

Once your return is delivered to our facility, we inspect the item within 1–2 business days. After approval, the refund is initiated:

  • The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • It may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal balance according to PayPal’s processing times.

If an order is canceled before it ships, the refund is processed within the same 1–2 business day window once cancellation is confirmed.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or have their protective seal broken cannot be returned unless they are defective. Additionally, products that are designated as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
