Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders from our facility in Lake Mary, Florida. This policy explains how orders are prepared, the carriers we work with, and the delivery timeframes you can expect.
Where We Ship
We ship exclusively to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). At this time, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. If you are located outside this area and attempt to place an order, we will contact you to cancel and issue a full refund.
Order Processing
Orders received on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and federal holidays begin processing the next business day. During peak periods, processing may remain within the stated window but we will notify you of any unexpected delays.
Shipping Carriers & Service Level
We partner with established national carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and use their standard ground delivery services. The carrier for your order is chosen based on destination and delivery efficiency. All shipments include tracking, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the label is created.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
Delivery Timeframes
The total time from order placement to delivery is the sum of processing and transit. Please refer to the table below for typical estimates.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed by our shipping partners. While we make every effort to meet these windows, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If a package is delayed due to carrier disruptions or severe weather, we will work with the carrier to locate the shipment and keep you updated.
Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
A shipment confirmation with a tracking link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package if required. If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors, your mailbox area, and any secure delivery spots first. If it is still missing within 48 hours, contact us at info@locccittaannee.it.com so we can open an inquiry with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address you provided; please select a secure delivery location.
Weekend & Holiday Note
Our fulfillment center and shipping carriers do not process or move packages on weekends or federally recognized holidays. These days are not counted in processing or transit timeframes.
